Ingredients

  • 600 g potatoes, 1 onion
  • 3-4 (800 g) Zucchini , 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 (250 g) uncooked sausages
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS clear broth (instant)
  • 100 g Fresh cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil or parsley

    Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Peel and chop the onion. Clean, wash and finely slice the zucchini

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan. Press the sausage meat as dumplings into the hot oil. Fry all around for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Take out
