Clean, wash and slice the zucchini finely. Peel garlic and onion and chop finely. Wash the thyme, pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop as well. Halve the bacon.
Heat the oil in a pan. Leave the bacon in it until crispy and take it out. Fry the garlic and onion until golden brown. Add the zucchini and fry for approx. 5 minutes while turning. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
Add stock and cream, bring to the boil briefly. Fold in cheese and bacon. Let it melt for about 5 minutes with closed lid.
