Zucchini washing, cleaning. Cut into long thin strips with a spiral slicer (alternatively, use a julienne slicer to cut all around up to the seeds in strips).
Peel ginger and garlic and chop both finely. Coarsely crumble the tofu. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the tofu for about 2 minutes while turning. Add ginger, garlic and sesame seeds and fry for approx. 3 minutes.
Season with soy sauce. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
Wipe the pan with kitchen paper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in it. Steam zucchini strips for about 3 minutes while turning until firm to the bite. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lime juice. Serve the pasta with tofumix.
Sprinkle with fried onions.
