Ingredients

  • 1 Mango (approx. 450 g)
  • 300 g Soy Yoghurt
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1–2 Splashes of rose water

Directions

    Peel the mango and cut it from the stone. Cut the flesh into pieces, puree with yoghurt and 300 ml water. Season to taste with sugar and rose water. Chill for at least 1 hour
