  • 1 TEASPOON flaked almonds
  • 200 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Apricots
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Roast the almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Mix yoghurt, sugar and lemon juice and pour into a bowl. Use 3 apricot halves, the rest for other purposes, cut into slices and add.

    Sprinkle with almonds. Decorate with lemon balm.
