Wok vegetables with steak strips

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 red peppers
  • 200 g Mongoose or soybean seedlings
  • 250-300 g beefsteak
  • 200 g Asian wheat noodles
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground ginger
  • 150-200 g frozen peas
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sesame, 4-5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek

Directions

    Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Cover and steam in little boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes. Drain

    Peel and chop the onion. Clean and wash the bell peppers and cut them into fine strips. Rinse and drain the sprouts. Dab meat dry and cut into strips

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes (see package instructions). Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large frying pan. Brown the meat in it while turning. Season with salt and pepper and remove

    Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in the frying fat. Fry the bell pepper and onion for 3-4 minutes, turning constantly. Season with salt and ginger. Add peas, sprouts, broccoli and sesame seeds and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add meat again. Season to taste with soy sauce, sambal and possibly salt. Drain the pasta and add
