Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Mix 2 tablespoons of oil and China spices until smooth. Mix well with the meat and let it stand for about 10 minutes

Fry the meat with all the seasoning oil in a hot wok or a large pan for 2-3 minutes until brown. Take out
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying fat. Fry onions and peppers for about 5 minutes, sugar snap peas and bamboo for about 2 minutes. Add meat and heat. Season to taste with soy and Asian sauce. Rice (e.g. basmati) goes well with it
