Wok vegetables with chicken

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Chicken filet
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 teaspoons (8 g) Spice preparation "China spice"
  • 3 Peppers (green, yellow and red)
  • 150 g mangetout or frozen peas
  • 2 Onions
  • 5-6 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3-4 Tbsp Asian sauce "sweet and sour"

Directions

    Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Mix 2 tablespoons of oil and China spices until smooth. Mix well with the meat and let it stand for about 10 minutes

    Drain the bamboo well. Clean and wash the peppers. Cut both into pieces. Clean and wash the mangetouts. Peel and halve onions and cut them into thick strips

    Fry the meat with all the seasoning oil in a hot wok or a large pan for 2-3 minutes until brown. Take out

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying fat. Fry onions and peppers for about 5 minutes, sugar snap peas and bamboo for about 2 minutes. Add meat and heat. Season to taste with soy and Asian sauce. Rice (e.g. basmati) goes well with it
