Wholemeal pasta with smoked salmon-fresh cheese sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 250 g Wholemeal noodles
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese (with salmon, salmon & horseradish, herbs or garlic)
  • 1-2 Spring onions
  • 100 g Smoked salmon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Butter

Directions

    - Cook the noodles or if there are any left over from the previous day, fry them in a pan with some butter.

    Cut spring onions into rings and fry in butter.

    Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces, add to the onions and fry everything briefly together.

    Add cream cheese and let it become liquid, if necessary add some more water if the sauce becomes too thick. (Tip - rinse the cup with a sip of water and put this sip into the pot).

    Season with a little pepper, be careful with salt, as the salmon is very salty.

    Serve with Parmesan cheese if you like.
