Wholemeal pasta in porcini cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (10 g) dried porcini
  • 400 g Wholemeal spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Broccoli
  • 375 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS sauce thickener
  • 4 TABLESPOONS grated parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries

Directions

    Wash porcini and soak in 400 ml of water for at least 1 hour. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash broccoli and divide into small florets.

    Also cook in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes, drain. Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the fat and fry the onion until transparent. Add mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper. Add soaked mushrooms with the liquid and cream, bring to the boil. Fold in broccoli, add sauce thickener, bring to the boil again and season to taste. Arrange noodles and sauce in portions.

    Sprinkle with grated parmesan and crushed pink berries.
