White chocolate with peanuts and cranberries

Ingredients

  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 1/2 cube (12.5 g) Coconut oil
  • 100 g roasted salted peanuts
  • 80 g dried cranberries
  • baking paper

Directions

    Melt the chocolate and fat while stirring over a warm water bath. Chop the peanuts and, except for a few for garnishing, mix with the cranberries.

    Add the nut mixture to the liquid chocolate, stir briefly and spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Garnish with the remaining peanuts, let cool and break into pieces.
