Wash, clean and cut the strawberries into pieces. Boil 200 ml apple juice with sugar. Mix pudding powder with 2 tbsp. juice until smooth. Pour into the boiling juice while stirring, bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 minute. Stir in the strawberries, fill into a bowl and let cool off
Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and cut into small pieces, except for something to garnish. Fold into the cooled groats
