White bread (lactose-free)

Ingredients

  • 375 g Wheat flour
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 6 g Salt
  • 1 pck Dry yeast (Dr.Oetker)
  • 225 ml lactose-free milk (e.g. MinusL)
  • 40 g lactose-free margarine (e.g. sojola)
  • 1 Egg

Directions

    Sift the flour and mix with yeast. Add sugar and salt.

    Heat the milk and melt the margarine in it. Mix everything well and knead intensively for about 10 minutes. Then let it rise covered for 20 minutes.

    Put the dough into a greased box form, brush with a whisked egg and cut into the dough. Let it rise for another 40 minutes.

    Bake at about 220 degrees for about 35 minutes
