Ingredients

  • 75 g crushed hazelnuts
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Whiskey cream liqueur (e.g. Baileys)
  • 1⁄3 Basic recipe praline mass
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa
  • 7-10 Tbsp Gold leaf

Directions

    Roast the nuts in a pan without fat. Take out nuts and let them cool down. Stir the liqueur and nuts into the praline base. Form approx. 18 balls from the mixture with cool hands.

    Sift the cocoa into a bowl. Roll the balls in it and chill for about 30 minutes. Using tweezers, spread the gold leaf on top of the pralines.
