  • 2 TEASPOONS instant espresso powder
  • 1⁄3 Basic recipe praline mass
  • 18 Chocolate mocha beans
  • 50–75 g pink decoration sugar

Directions

    Stir the espresso powder into the praline base mass. Form approx. 18 balls from the mass with cool hands, pressing 1 mocha bean in the middle of each ball.

    Put sugar in a bowl. Roll the pralines in it and put them in a cool place for about 30 minutes.
