Bring cranberry nectar, 200 ml water, blackberry syrup, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise and sugar to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Take the pot off the heat and let it cool down for about 2 hours. Then put it in a cool place until you use it
Pour the cocktail through a sieve into a pot, add the cranberries and bring the cocktail to the boil briefly. Serve in heat-resistant glasses
