Ingredients

Servings: 400
  • 200 g Hazelnut kernels
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Vanilla Aroma
  • baking paper

Directions

    Roughly chop the nuts. Melt sugar on low heat. As soon as the sugar caramelises, remove the pan from the heat, stir in the nuts and vanilla flavouring

    Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, spread it out smoothly immediately and let it cool down. Break cold brittle into pieces

    Waiting time approx. 1 hour
