Wash the tomatoes and cucumber. Peel the onion. Clean and wash the peppers. Cut the vegetables into pieces of about 1 cm. Clean the chillies, halve them lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and chop finely. Peel garlic and chop finely.
Halve the lemon, squeeze half of it. Peel the other half so that the white skin is completely removed. Dice the flesh very finely.
Mix vegetables, chilli, garlic, lemon juice and pulp with oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Wash the herbs, shake dry, chop roughly and stir into the salad.
