Clean and wash the broccoli and spring onions, divide them into florets or cut them into rings. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes. Drain, drain and chop roughly. Mix spring onions, flour, eggs and nuts with 2⁄3
Season with salt and pepper.
Clean, wash and finely dice the radishes. Peel and chop the onion. Mix vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Fold in 2 tbsp. oil. Stir in the radish, onion and spring onions.
Form approx. 12 meatballs from the vegetable mixture. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan in portions. Fry the meatballs on each side for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Serve with the radish salsa and sour cream to taste.
