Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken (approx. 1.3 kg)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 red peppers
  • 250 g Courgette
  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 3 Onions
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 Branch rosemary
  • 7-10 Tbsp Herb bouquet

Directions

    Wash the chicken and pat dry. Season inside and out with salt and pepper. Place in a roaster and cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 1 hour. In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers and courgettes.

    Cut the bell peppers into pieces and the zucchini into slices. Peel and wash potatoes and cut into pieces. Peel onions and cut into slices. 30 minutes before the end of cooking time add vegetables, broth, bay leaves and rosemary to the chicken. Serve the vegetable chicken garnished with a bouquet of herbs
