Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 piece(s) (ca 2 cm) Ginger Root
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 250 g Naturtofu
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/4 TEASPOON ground cloves
  • 1 TEASPOON ground cumin
  • 1 TEASPOON ground coriander
  • 1 TEASPOON Turmeric
  • 1 TEASPOON Garam Masala
  • 500 g deep-frozen leaf spinach
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Peel onions, garlic and ginger. Wash and clean the chilli pepper. Finely dice prepared ingredients. Cut tofu into cubes. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the tofu in it while turning, remove. Fry all prepared ingredients and spices in the pan while stirring until fragrant

    Add the spinach and pour on 100 ml of water. Cover the spinach and cook over a low heat for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt. Add the tofu to the spinach and warm it up for about 2 minutes, turning it over carefully. Serve immediately. Flatbread tastes good with it
