  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 3 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp pulp of 1 vanilla pod
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Cornstarch

Directions

    Whisk milk, cream and egg yolk in a metal bowl. Stir in vanilla pulp, sugar and starch. Whisk the ingredients with the whisks of the hand mixer in a water bath for about 5 minutes to a creamy sauce.
