Vanilla pistachio pudding with cocoa foam

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 pack of Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 75 g Pistachio kernels
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cocoa powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp white chocolate flakes

    Mix 4 tablespoons of milk, 4 tablespoons of sugar and the pudding powder. Boil up the rest of the milk. Chop the pistachios. Take the milk from the stove and stir in the

    Bring to the boil again while stirring continuously. Fold in the pistachios. Place 4 pudding moulds in cold water, fill in the pudding and chill. Turn the pudding out onto 4 plates. Beat eggs and sugar in a hot water bath until frothy.

    Stir in the cocoa and pour into the puddings. Decorate with white chocolate flakes if desired. Serve immediately.
