Wash, peel and quarter the turnip. Cut the quarters into thin slices. Clean and wash the leek and cut it diagonally into slices. Halve the bacon slices. Grease a quiche dish (approx. 25 cm Ø).
Layer the turnip, leek and bacon in the mould. Mix cream, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over the vegetables, sprinkle with caraway seeds and bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 11/4 hours.
Cover at the end of the cooking time. Serve garnished with parsley.
