Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Turkey Breast
  • 2 Onions
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 (100 g) Courgette
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2-3 stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Avocado
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt (1,5 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 red chilli pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp red chillies
  • 12 discs Baguette bread
  • 8 Metal skewers

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes. Peel onions and cut into slices. Wash the cherry tomatoes. Clean, wash and chop the zucchini. Put meat, zucchini, tomatoes and onions on 8 skewers.

  2. 2

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the skewers for 6-8 minutes, turning them in portions. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the thyme, shake dry and shortly before the end of the frying time, toss in the pan.

  3. 3

In the meantime, peel the garlic for the avocado dip and dice it coarsely. Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Remove the flesh from the skin and dice roughly. Put the avocado, garlic and lemon juice into a tall mixing bowl and puree.

  4. 4

Stir in yoghurt. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Clean, wash and cut the chillies into strips. Stir into the dip. Arrange skewers and dip in a small bowl on a plate garnished with chilli.

  5. 5

    Baguette tastes good with it.
