Turkey-mushroom goulash with noodles

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g mixed mushrooms (e.g. oyster mushrooms, mushrooms)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 600 g Turkey Breast
  • 400 g pasta (e.g. rigatoni)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 350 g Broccoli
  • 5 Stem(s) Sage
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 400 ml chunky tomatoes
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Clean, wash and cut broccoli into small florets. Wash sage, dab dry, pluck leaves from the stems and chop them coarsely if necessary.

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms, broccoli, garlic and onion and fry briefly.

    Sprinkle with flour, sweat briefly. Add tomatoes, sage and stock while stirring. Bring to the boil, simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and some sugar. Arrange noodles and goulash together on plates.
