Turkey goulash with dumplings

Ingredients

  • 800 g - 1 kg turkey goulash
  • 1 collar Soup Greens
  • 1 medium onion
  • 40-50 g smoked
  • 7-10 Tbsp streaky bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON oil, salt, white pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON flour, 2 bay leaves
  • 3-4 Juniper berries
  • 1 pack of Dumpling powder for
  • 12 Half and half dumplings
  • 7-10 Tbsp (for 3/4 l liquid)
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 75-100 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Dab the meat. Clean or peel, wash and finely dice the soup vegetables and onion. Dice bacon

    Heat the oil. Brown the meat in it in portions and take it out. Leave out the bacon in the frying fat. Fry the soup vegetables and onion. Seasoning.1/3 of vegetables take out

    Add meat again. Dust with flour and sweat. Stir in 3/4 l water, bring to the boil. Add spices and braise covered for approx. 30 minutes

    Stir the dumpling powder into 3/4 l water and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Form approx. 12 dumplings with moistened hands. Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for about 20 minutes

    Clean, wash and finely chop the spring onions. Heat with the rest of the soup vegetables for 5-10 minutes in the goulash. Whip cream until half stiff, fold in. Season to taste and arrange everything

    Drink: cool wheat beer
