Turkey escalope with mushrooms in tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 250 g small mushrooms
  • 200 g Noodles (e.g. linguine)
  • 6 (approx. 450 g) small turkey escalopes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 package (400 g) Pasta sauce herbs
  • 2 stem(s) Basil

Directions

    Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Clean and shred the mushrooms. Prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Season cutlets with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan. Fry escalopes on both sides for about 4 minutes, remove. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.

    Fry the mushrooms and diced onion for about 3 minutes, then add the tomato sauce. Simmer the sauce for 6-8 minutes. Drain the pasta. Add the schnitzel to the sauce after about 2 minutes. Wash the basil and dab dry. Arrange noodles with schnitzel and tomato sauce and garnish with basil leaves
