Turkey burger with avocado and sweet-sour sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 bunch Oregano
  • 500 g Turkey minced meat
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch Rose peppers
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 Grain rolls
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Carrots
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Stem(s) flat leaf parsley

Directions

    Wash oregano, dab dry, chop coarsely. Knead minced meat, breadcrumbs, eggs and oregano in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and paprika

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Form 4 burgers of the same size from the mince and fry them in the pan for 5-6 minutes on each side

    Cut open the grain rolls and spread the lower half of the roll with 1 tbsp. sweet chilli sauce each. Halve the avocado and remove the seeds. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into slices. Peel onion and cut into thin rings

    Peel apples and carrots, then grate roughly. In a bowl, season the apple and carrot raw vegetables with lemon, salt and pepper

    Wash the parsley and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Place 1 burger on each bread roll, arrange onion rings, avocado slices and parsley leaves on top. Add raw vegetables
