Wash the meat and pat dry. Rub with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a roasting pan. Brown the turkey breast in it all around. Peel and quarter the onions and fry them briefly
Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 1-1 1/4 hours. After approx. 15 minutes, gradually pour on the stock
Finely dice the bacon. Mix with mustard, honey and 1 1/2-2 tsp curry. Spread the turkey breast after 40-50 minutes roasting time, continue roasting
Keep the roast warm. Cook the roast stock together with the onions on the stove for about 5 minutes, thicken slightly with sauce thickener and season to taste. Cut turkey breast into slices. Arrange everything and garnish. Green beans and mashed potatoes taste great with it
