Tuna steak on sugar snap peas

Ingredients

  • 30 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g Sweet peas
  • 100 g Tuna Steak
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Olive oil
  • 50 g Bean sprouts
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 1 TABLESPOON Soy sauce

Directions

    Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Wash and clean the mangetouts. Wash fish, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan.

    Fry the fish for about 2 minutes on each side. In the meantime wash and drain the sprouts. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stems and cut into strips. Remove fish from the pan and keep warm.

    Fry the sugar snap peas in the frying fat for approx. 1 minute, turning. Add soy sauce and 4 tablespoons of water. Bring to the boil and stew in a closed pan for approx. 4 minutes. Arrange sugar snap peas, fish and soya bean sprouts on a plate anric

    Sprinkle with parsley. Add rice.
