Ingredients

  • 1 small stick of leek (leek)
  • 1 large beefsteak tomato
  • 1 jar(s) (425 ml; separation weight: 255 g) white beans
  • 1 jar(s) (210 ml; separation weight: 180 g) Tuna in oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sherry Vinegar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 collar Parsley

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the leek into fine strips. Cut tomatoes crosswise, briefly boil water over them, peel, quarter, seed and cut into cubes. Drain beans and tuna.

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Mix vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into it. Mix the salad ingredients with the marinade. Wash parsley, dab dry, cut into strips and stir in.

    Arrange in a bowl.
