Ingredients

  • 800 g floury potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 stalks of chives
  • 1 tin(s) (185 g) Tuna fish natural
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 25 minutes. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Drain the tuna. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Boil up milk, garlic and oil

    Drain the potatoes. Add the milk mixture and mash into puree. Add the tuna and 2/3 of the chive rolls and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Arrange the puree sprinkled with chives
