  • 400 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Cabanossi
  • 1 package (175 g) Tortilla chips
  • 200 g pickled peppers
  • 150 g grated gouda cheese

Directions

    Season sour cream with salt and pepper. Cut Cabanossi into slices. Spread tortilla chips, cabanossi and pepperoni in an ovenproof dish. Pour the sour cream in patches. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 8-10 minutes until the cheese has melted
