Ingredients

  • 800 g Tomatoes
  • 100 g Spring onions
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS white cream balsamic
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 100 g North Sea crab meat

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the tomatoes and spring onions. Mix olive oil, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix tomatoes, spring onions and sauce, let it stand for about 30 minutes. Season again, fold in the prawns and serve
