Ingredients

  • 6 big tomatoes
  • 2 Shallots
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes and carve them crosswise. In a bowl, pour boiling water over the tomatoes, drain, rinse with cold water and remove the skin. Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds. Cut tomato pulp into cubes. Peel shallots and cut into fine cubes. Chop basil finely

    mix tomatoes, shallots, basil, vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper
