Toast bread light brown and cut in half diagonally. Drain the pineapple. Grate cheese roughly. Mix 2/3 with crème fraîche and season with salt, pepper and curry. Grease a small casserole dish.
Add toast, ham and pineapple. Add cheese crème fraîche in patches and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and cocktail cherry.
