Ingredients

  • 125 g Ladyfingers
  • 1/8 l strong cold coffee
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 3 Egg Yolk
  • 50 g Icing sugar
  • 500 g Mascarpone (Italian cream cheese - alternatively double cream cheese)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cocoa powder

Directions

    Line a shallow bowl with ladyfingers and soak with coffee and rum. Beat egg yolks and icing sugar until very frothy. Stir in mascarpone bit by bit. Spread the cream on the lady fingers. Dust with cocoa. Let it cool down and serve
