Ingredients

  • 150 g Lamb salmon (detached back)
  • 4-5 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 200 g cleaned green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 40 g wide ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 1/2 untreated lime
  • 7-10 Tbsp o limone, 5 cucchiai di latte
  • 1 knife tip clear broth some vegetable connective-
  • 7-10 Tbsp medium
  • 7-10 Tbsp kitchen yarn, aluminium foil

Directions

    Wash meat if necessary, dab dry and cut lengthwise. Wash the thyme. Put 1 stalk in the bag, tie 2-3 stalks with kitchen string around the meat. Pluck off the rest. Wash the beans and cut them finely if necessary.

    Fry the meat in hot oil all around for 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile cook the noodles in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Cover the beans and steam them in a little boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Season meat and take it out. Wrap in foil and let it rest for a short time

    Wash the lime, cut off 2 thin slices and squeeze the rest. Boil up frying fat with 100 ml water, milk, stock and remaining thyme. Thicken the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lime juice. Drain noodles and beans and serve with meat and sauce. Garnish with slices of lime

    If you do not like to eat lamb, simply take the tender filet of beef or pork
