Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 120 g Kale
  • 120 g Rocket salad
  • 1 half lemon (juice)
  • 1 TEASPOON Ginger
  • 1 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 120 ml unsweetened coconut water
  • 60 ml Water
  • 1 half apple
  • 1 Banana (optional)
  • 1 pinch(es) Cayenne pepper

Directions

    Wash the kale and romaine lettuce, drain and cut through several times.

    Mash a piece of ginger with a teaspoon, remove the apple seeds and cut it into small pieces.

    Place all ingredients in the blender jug and puree to the desired consistency.

    Depending on your needs, the smoothie can be refined with water or coconut water.
