Ingredients

  • 100 g green asparagus
  • 100 g Apples
  • 100 ml Water
  • 100 g Honeydew melon (fruit flesh)
  • 1 TEASPOON Agave syrup

Directions

    Wash the asparagus, remove woody ends and cut into smaller pieces. Quarter the apple, remove core and stalk, cut into pieces.

    Put the pulp of the honeydew melon, the water and the agave syrup into the blender and puree with the smoothie program.

    Those who like it greener can add a few leaves of spinach, lamb's lettuce or goutweed.
