Three spicy fried eggs

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 small curl of iris (75 g)
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1/2-1 red pepper
  • 4 Thin slices of salami
  • 8 paprika-filled olives
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS butter/margarine
  • 6 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, chili powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 6 discs farmhouse bread

Directions

    Slice the curled strip of smoked dogfish. Wash the chives and chop finely. Clean, wash and chop the onions and peppers. Halve salami. Cut olives into slices.

    Heat half the fat. Beat in 3 eggs and cover 1 each with curled cabbage and chives, onions and bell peppers or salami and olives. Fry over a mild heat for 2-4 minutes, season. Fry another 3 eggs in the same way

    Possibly clean and wash the salad. Cover breads with it. Arrange fried eggs on top

    Drink: cold beer
