Curd ravioli with strawberries

Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 2 (40 g) go. tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur or orange juice
  • 3 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 200 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) butter/margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Roast the almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown, take them out. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them in half or quarters depending on size. Mix with 1 tbsp. sugar and liqueur and let stand

    Separate eggs. Mix egg yolk, milk, quark, 1 tablespoon sugar and salt. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in. Let the dough swell for about 10 minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in carefully

    Heat the fat in portions in a large coated pan. Add 1/3 of the dough and bake on both sides until golden brown. Tear into pieces with 2 forks and bake for another 1 minute. Keep warm. Bake the rest of the junk in the same way. Serve with strawberries. Sprinkle with almonds and icing sugar, decorate if necessary
