Eggs in herb sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 200 g Potatoes, 2 eggs (Gr. M)
  • 1/2 bunch mixed herbs ( to the B. parsley, chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp and chervil)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cress
  • 100 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 50 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and boil in water for about 20 minutes. Boil eggs hard for about 10 minutes

    Wash herbs. Cut cress from the bed. Chop remaining herbs. Mix all herbs with yoghurt and quark. Season with salt and pepper. Quench potatoes and eggs, peel and possibly halve. Arrange everything
