Peel, wash and slice the carrots. Peel, wash and quarter the turnip and cut into thin slices. Clean and wash the chilli and cut into fine rings. Mix carrots, turnip and chili. Season with salt and pepper
Place in a greased casserole dish, pour apple juice, spread butter flakes on top and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 40-45 minutes. If necessary, cover with aluminium foil after approx. 25 minutes baking time
