  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Noble sweet paprika
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 can (850 ml) kidney beans
  • 1 can (425 ml) Vegetable corn
  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce
  • 200 g ripened cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 250 ml Barbecue Sauce
  • 200 g grated gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

  1. 1

Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Knead the minced meat, minced meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, onions and garlic and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Grease a fat pan of the oven (approx. 32 x 36 cm) and press the minced meat evenly onto the bottom. Pre-bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ circulating air: 200 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 20 minutes.

  2. 2

Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Pour beans into a sieve, rinse and drain. Drain the corn. Cut lettuce into quarters, remove stalk. Wash lettuce and cut into thin strips and drain well. Mix sour cream with olive oil, season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper. Mix salad with dressing.

  3. 3

Remove the pre-baked minced meat loaf from the oven, spread with the barbecue sauce, spread beans, corn and peppers on top. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with cheese. Bake again in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 20 minutes. Take out and cut into pieces. Add salad. Sprinkle the chopped meat with barbecue sauce as desired. Tortilla chips taste good with it.
