Ingredients

  • 1 piece(s) (about 50 g) fresh ginger
  • 50 g butter/margarine
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 60 g Flour
  • 75 g flaked almonds
  • 25 g chopped almonds
  • baking paper

Directions

    3 Line baking trays with baking paper. Peel ginger and grate finely. Melt the fat. Stir in milk, sugar and vanillin sugar. Remove the pot from the stove. Stir in flour and ginger. Carefully fold in all almonds.

    Place 1 teaspoon of dough in heaps on each tray, leaving about 5 spaces all around. Press the piles flat. Bake one after the other in a hot oven (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 8-10 minutes.

    First let the cookies cool down a little on the baking paper, then carefully remove them from the paper and let them cool down completely.
