Tatar with capers

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 TSP Capers (glass)
  • 2 Shallots
  • 4 fresh egg yolks
  • 600 g Tatar (minced meat or minced beefsteak; fresh from the butcher
  • 7-10 Tbsp to go crazy)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 40 g Caper apples

Directions

    Drain the capers. Peel the shallots. Chop both very finely.

    Capers, except for something to garnish, knead half the shallots and egg yolk with the mince. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Divide the mince into 4 portions and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with the remaining shallots and capers. Garnish with caper apples. Buttered brown bread tastes good with it.
