Tatar with avocado and lemon-garlic toast

Ingredients

  • 140 g frozen spiced tartar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Capers
  • 7-10 Tbsp 0.25 Onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cognac or Calvados to taste
  • 7-10 Tbsp 0.5 avocado
  • 10 g Onion sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Capers and lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp 0,25 Bio-Zitrone
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried marjoram
  • 20 g Butter, soft
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tabasco
  • 4 discs Toast

Directions

    Defrost the tartar according to the package instructions.

    For the toast, finely grate lemon zest. Squeeze lemon. Squeeze garlic. Mix everything with herbs and butter. Season with salt and Tabasco.

    Remove the tartar from its protective cover and place it in a bowl. Chop capers and onion very finely. Mix with tartar. Season the mixture with cognac, salt and tabasco. Halve the avocado, remove the core and the flesh from the skin.

    Cut into small cubes.

    Set aside half for the set. Arrange the rest of the avocado in portions in rings. Spread the tartar on top and smooth it down. Remove the rings carefully. Garnish with avocado cubes, sprouts, capers and lemon.

    Toast the bread, spread with butter and serve with it.
