Heat butter in a frying pan. Roast breadcrumbs in it for about 2 minutes and take them out. Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
Cut the ham into strips. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into thin strips. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes. Fry the ham for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and collect about 150 ml of pasta water. Put the noodles back into the pot. Deglaze meat with pasta water and cream and simmer for about 2 minutes. Cut cheese into strips. Mix noodles, meat and cheese.
Season to taste. Sprinkle pasta with breadcrumbs.
