Tagliata with balsamic tomatoes

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 T-bone steak (approx. 800 g)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 125 °C/circulating air: 100 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Rub the meat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season all around with salt and pepper. Heat a grill pan and roast the meat in it for about 2 minutes on each side.

    Then cook in the hot oven on the second rack from below for 8-10 minutes. Then leave to rest for 5 minutes.

    In the meantime, wash the tomatoes. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and sauté the tomatoes in it. Deglaze with vinegar and soy sauce. Season with pepper and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

    Cut the meat into thin slices. Serve with tomatoes and sauce. Ciabatta tastes good with it.
